The process of consumer business
The consumption system is divided into two parts: consumption terminal and backend management. The consumption terminal provides an interface for employees to receive subsidies and display consumption. The backend management sets consumption rules, distributes welfare subsidies, calculates and settles meals, and handles abnormal situations.
After setting company consumption rules and issuing employee subsidies in the management backend, employees can swipe their cards/fingerprints/QR codes/face recognition at the consumption terminal during the designated dining period to dine. After employees swipe cards/fingerprints/QR codes/facial recognition at the consumption terminal, the records are transmitted to the database through TCP/IP for processing and storage, and presented in different consumption reports to complete consumption result statistics.
