Construction Background:
With nearly 26,000 students, over 2,000 teachers, 23 dormitories on the main campus and 7 dormitory buildings on the branch campuses, the student base is so large that it is impossible to rely on human resources to manage students’ return to bed and form accurate return statistics.
Solution:
We assisted the school in sorting out the basic files and premises files, and allocated 132 devices and mounted 28 large real-time homing screens as required according to the number of buildings and occupants.
Students return to bed using a face swipe and the back office generates return statistics.
It is customised to meet the school’s need to display information about the best dormitories and various announcements in “publicity mode” during the day and “return to bed mode” at night.

Construction Background:
The school has a total of 20,000 students, 1,700 staff, 8 dormitories for boys and 4 dormitories for girls, and the school already has a boarding system.
Due to the large student and faculty base and heavy administrative workload, it is not possible to achieve fine-grained management and tutors have no way of receiving early warning information about non-returned students.
The process of contacting students for leave and non-return is cumbersome and the records are not conducive to retention. It is difficult to verify the identity of non-residence staff and external staff such as maintenance workers who need to enter the residence.
Solution:
A total of 96 devices were brought online in 12 dormitory buildings to form access routes.
Work with the school to sort out basic file information and establish external staff file information. Some of the school’s original face data is therefore imported and face recognition is used for entry and exit.
In terms of personalisation, the large dormitory homecoming screen further improves the statistical reports on dormitory checks by tutors and students who have not returned late by interfacing with third-party dormitories and displaying excellent dormitory ratings.
